Unlimited access Outdoor Group Classes in Mosman

Training Club is Soul Mosman’s unlimited access Outdoor Group Class. Exercises range from Strength, Boxing, Mobility & Conditioning. This exciting new addition to the Soul Mosman brand is a great way to build your fitness levels in the beautiful outdoor setting of Balmoral Beach. Training Club Head Coach Chris Roberts is passionate about the Training Club community and is committed to helping you with your health & fitness goals.

Training Club membership is available individually as an outdoor training service option. It is also available free of charge to all Soul Mosman Personal Training Members.

Training club sessions are one hour long and run mornings or evenings throughout the week, as per the below timetable.

Freestyle Fridays

Anything goes! Games, Running. Boxing & fun. You won’t know what’s coming for you

Run Club

A mixture of running and bodyweight exercises designed to raise your heart rate and get you sweating.
