A combination of high intensity interval training, Functional movement patterns & continued strength work. 60 mins

Strength
A combination of functional body weight movement patterns, TRX circuits & kettlebell variations for an overall body workout. All levels. 30 > 60 mins

X-Training
A combination of functional body weight movement patterns, TRX circuits & HIIT for an overall body workout. Usually outdoors > always meet at the studio. All levels. 60 mins

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. All levels.
